With yoga to a healthy heart

Many people start the day by practicing yoga, so have you ever wondered why it is good to do this activity?

They believe that yoga is the best training because it keeps the heart-healthy. These exercises relieve you of stress and reduce the risk of a heart attack.

The study, entitled Beneficial Effects of Yoga Lifestyle on Reversibility of Ischaemic Heart Disease: Caring Heart Project of the International Board of Yoga, included 113 respondents who practiced yoga for 1 year and changed their diet.
