Physical activity can reduce the risk of various diseases. It is even believed that it can prevent depression.
To do this, try the following exercises for women that will make you feel better:
Exercise 1
This is a really powerful exercise that strengthens the buttocks, hips, and abdomen. All you need for it is a big Pilates ball.
- Lie on your back and put your feet on the ball.
- Raise your hips as in the photo. Let your hands serve as support on the floor.
- Tighten your buttocks and pull the ball towards you with your feet. Raise your hips as much as possible.
- Hold the position for 1-2 seconds and get down on the ground.
- Do 20 repetitions.
Exercise 2
This exercise improves posture and strengthens the legs.
- Stand up straight.
- Tighten your stomach and at the same time stretch your arms forward and lift one leg.
- Try to stand parallel to the ground.
- Hold the position for 30 seconds and repeat with the other leg.
Exercise 3
This exercise is more effective than regular push-ups. At the same time, it improves posture.
- Place your palms on the floor and your feet on the Pilates ball.
- Inhale and lower your hands to the ground. While exhaling, return to the starting position.
- Do 4 sets, with 5 repetitions each.
